Rotary Egg Roll MachineUDTECH YT-02DJ
The YT-02DJ rotary egg roll machine provides a compact nine-mould route to standard rolls, automatically cut rolls, or cut rolls with sesame sprinkling. Our engineers configure the platform around your flour or batter, finished dimensions, utility supply and required acceptance output.

Procurement commitments
YT-02DJ Commercial Terms at a GlanceQuote response
A 90-day production window does not remove scope risk because an undefined product can still produce an incomplete quote. UDTECH returns engineer-reviewed quotes within one business day on business days.
Production schedule
Production runs are scheduled within 90 days of the down payment, and shorter outside peak season, confirmed with your quotation.
Minimum order
One machine—single pieces are accepted.
Material trial
We arrange a trial run on your own flour or batter before the machine ships.
Egg Roll Equipment Identity Map
"Egg roll machine" pulls in unrelated equipment in global search. YT-02DJ deposits a sweet batter, bakes a thin wafer, rolls it while formable, releases it, then, according to configuration, can cut and sprinkle sesame; likewise, wafer research reveals formulation and baking conditions influence sheet dynamics.[6]
SEARCH LABELSNormalize search labels. Automatic egg roll machine, egg roll making machine, roll making machine and rolling machine overlap. Wafer roll, wafer stick machine and automatic wafer stick production line can describe other architectures, so map each label to the actual egg roll production steps.
RFQ PROTOCOLStart the RFQ with product identity. Send a finished sample or drawing, target length and diameter, wall thickness, surface pattern, color range, bite and whether cutting or sesame sprinkling is required.

Three Configuration Options and Quote Scope
As sold, we offer one rotary platform in three documented configurations. The choice affects discharge operation and quotation scope, so it should be fixed before the buyer’s acceptance trial rather than set as a later software parameter.
Standard
Across 3 options, the wrong choice creates discharge risk because the standard version omits cutting and sesame. UDTECH confirms the selection against the sample and quotation.
Automatic cutting
Adds automatic cutting for a defined finished length. We review the requested length and cut condition with the product sample.
Automatic cutting & sesame
Adds both cutting and sesame sprinkling. The buyer should define sesame coverage and include allergen-changeover requirements in the plant specification.
For a broader line that mixes, forms, bakes and cools biscuit products rather than running a compact rotary rolled-wafer platform, review the baby biscuit production line.
Rotary multi-station workflow
Deposit, Bake, Roll and Optional Cut Workflow
Deposit
Mismatch risk grows across 9 stations because the deposit must suit the target geometry. UDTECH sets up the requirement around buyer batter behavior.
Bake
Nine moulds rotate through independently heated stations under the intelligent temperature-control system.
Roll and remove
PLC programming, servo linkage and photoelectric sensing coordinate roll forming and product removal.
Finish
The selected build releases a standard roll or adds automatic cutting, with sesame sprinkling on the third configuration.
Acceptance Protocol: Acceptance variables stay product-specific. A representative trial records batter, dimensions, output point, acceptable color and breakage; another machine’s experimental values do not transfer to YT-02DJ.
YT-02DJ Specifications and Utility Inputs
Use the documented figures to allocate floor space and utility provision, then add operator, service, extraction and electrical clearances to the site layout. A recommended equipment specification also defines the product, interfaces, performance, utilities and environmental conditions.
Quote Scope and Total-Cost Inputs
The configuration, mould design, buyer acceptance trial, destination electrical requirements, documentation, freight and site utilities may alter the delivered scope. Whole-project costing should also encompass utilities, cleaning and changeover labor, planned maintenance, parts, waste and downtime rather than purchase price alone.
Three assumptions to reject: rated output is not always saleable output. A larger production line is not always the better fit, and factory testing is not necessarily site acceptance. These boundaries are not interchangeable; the trade-off is fit versus headline scale.
Sample, dimensions, surface, color and bite.
Piece and mass target, shifts and acceptance point.
380 V supply, compressed air, space and access.
Cutting, sesame, testing, delivery and handover needs.
Cleaning, Changeover and Safety Review
We document the stainless-steel enclosure, aluminium-alloy structural components and control architecture, but appearance alone does not prove hygienic design or destination compliance. ISO 12100 and ISO 14159 supply applicable risk and hygiene design principles; the project review must establish what applies to the installed unit.
Guarding
Review access to forming, cutting, nip and rotating points. For covered U.S. workplaces, OSHA 1910.212 specifically addresses these machine hazards.
Energy control
Identify electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and thermal energy for cleaning, unjamming and adjustment. The applicable isolation or alternative protective method depends on the task and risk assessment.
Cleaning and allergens
Define food-contact parts, access, tools, allowed chemicals, inspection points and sesame changeover acceptance. Request measurable procedures rather than inferring cleanability from exterior material.
Factory Trial, Acceptance and Handover
A sample flour or batter trial can lower product-fit risk, but factory testing and installed-site acceptance answer different questions. We agree the trial inputs in the quotation; the buyer should separately specify any required site tests, documentation, training or installation scope.
A scope gap appears because a 500–600 pcs/h catalogue value cannot define the accepted product, test duration or installed utility behavior. UDTECH confirms the material-trial boundary in writing.
Send inputs
Provide product sample, flour or batter details, dimensions, output target, configuration and utilities.
Review fit
We check YT-02DJ against the product identity, mould needs, 380 V supply, air pressure and footprint.
Confirm quote
We state configuration, commercial commitments and the agreed material-trial scope in writing.
Record acceptance
Use the approved product, output basis, defect boundary and test duration to judge results.
Approve the product and acceptance boundary first; then freeze the configuration, utilities and commercial scope.
Compact Rotary Platform for One-Machine Starts
UDTECH positions YT-02DJ between manual foodservice tools and multi-ton continuous wafer lines. UDTECH documents the list below, while an ISO 12100 risk review remains part of the installed project.
Compact industrial envelope
UDTECH’s 2,700 × 2,100 × 1,500 mm rolling machine gives buyers a defined layout start without entering a multi-ton continuous line class.
Nine-station control
We use nine 2.5 kW heating modules with PLC programming, multi-channel servo linkage and photoelectric sensing.
Established manufacturer
UDTECH has manufactured food machinery since 2003, with production bases in Guangzhou and Xinyu.
When YT-02DJ Is Not the Right Platform
The wrong choice introduces production and compliance risk before the first batch. A buyer without a three-phase 380 V supply, compressed air or safe site clearance should resolve the site gap before ordering.
Wrong food process
Choose another equipment class for savory wrapper forming, filling, folding or frying.
Wrong capacity architecture
Review a continuous wafer-stick line when sustained volume and downstream automation exceed this compact rotary platform.
Unresolved site or compliance gap
Do not freeze the order until the destination electrical supply, compressed air, layout, guarding and required documentation are confirmed.
