UD series fully automatic egg roll machines and phoenix roll machines facility
ABOUT UDTECH

Automatic wafer and egg roll machinery since 2003

Suzhou UDTECH Technology Co., Ltd. builds egg roll and wafer machines, waffle and pancake lines, sachima lines and mini bun lines. Thirteen models, published with their verified dimensions, power draw and heat source.

UD was established in 2003. We have invested close to RMB 200 million in the High-tech Development Zone of Xinyu City, Jiangxi Province, on a site of 130 mu, where our two production bases were built.

Our work is the research and development of automation technology for food production. The UD series fully automatic egg roll machines and phoenix roll machines are developed in-house and covered by multiple invention patents. Since launch the series has been well received by users and sells steadily at home and overseas.

What decides whether a line holds its output

01

Rotary multi-station forming

One index step drives every station at once: batter deposit, baking, folding, rolling and stripping.

02

Independent plate control

Each heating unit is regulated separately, so colour and crispness hold from the first plate to the ninth.

03

PLC and servo control

Batter dose, baking time, roll length and filling are recipe values on the panel, not a mechanical rebuild.

04

Food-contact construction

Stainless steel enclosure with aluminium alloy structure. Guarding and utilities set for the destination.

Model lineup

Thirteen models with verified specifications

Every figure comes from the parameter sheet for that model. Models whose published figures could not be reconciled against the manufacturer's own sheet are left off rather than listed with gaps.

Model Family Output Electrical load Heat source
YT-06 Egg roll and wafer 125–175 kg per day 5.8 kW Electric
YT-12 Egg roll and wafer 250–350 kg per day 11.1 kW Electric
YT-12HT Egg roll and wafer About 500 pieces per hour 11.1 kW Electric
YT-02 Egg roll and wafer 780 pieces per hour 12.0 kW Electric
YT-02D Egg roll and wafer 720 pieces per hour, 8 moulds 12.0 kW Electric
YT-02DJ Egg roll and wafer 500–600 pieces per hour, or 18 kg/h, 9 moulds 24.0 kW Electric
YT-02H Waffle 1,100 pieces per hour, 8 moulds 17.5 kW Electric
YT-10 Pancake line 3,500 kg/24 h, 60 moulds 3.0 kW Natural gas 14.5 m³/h or LPG 8 kg/h
YT-10-32M Soft waffle line About 1,800 kg/24 h, 32 moulds 3.0 kW Natural gas 8 m³/h or LPG 4 kg/h
YT-10-60M Soft waffle line About 3,500 kg/24 h, 60 moulds 3.0 kW Natural gas 14.5 m³/h or LPG 8 kg/h
YT-10-80M Soft waffle line About 5,000 kg/24 h, 80 moulds 5.0 kW Natural gas 19 m³/h or LPG 14 kg/h
YT-30 Sachima line 1,000 kg/h 88.0 kW Natural gas 30 m³/h at 4 kPa
YT-XMT800 Mini bun and biscuit line 4,000 kg/24 h 418.0 kW Electric

Four measurement bases sit in the output column. Only seven of the thirteen models can be compared on kilograms per hour without an assumption, so ask for the piece weight in grams before comparing quotations.

How a project runs

From your product sample to a running line

  • Stage 1

    Product and specification

A photograph, the finished dimensions, the piece weight and your target output.

  • Stage 2

    Line selection

We name which of the thirteen models can make it, and which cannot.

  • Stage 3

    Configuration and quotation

Mould drawings, module list, utility requirements and trade term, priced as one configuration.

  • Stage 4

    Build and assembly

The line is fabricated, assembled and dry-run at the plant in Xinyu, Jiangxi.

  • Stage 5

    Acceptance run

Your own product runs on the line here, against criteria recorded before the build.

  • Stage 6

    Installation and training

Our engineers commission the line at your factory and train your operators on it.

Why buyers stay with us

Depth in one product family

01

Specifications published, not promised

Dimensions, power draw and heat source are on the page before you contact anyone.

02

Your product runs before shipment

Attend the acceptance test, appoint an inspector, or take it as a filmed record.

03

Written acceptance criteria

Your finished dimensions and piece weight are recorded before steel is cut, not renegotiated after.

04

One machine is a complete order

Lines are configured per order, so there is no batch minimum.
