Waffle and Pancake Line Sizing Worksheet

UDTECH tunnel lines are rated in kilograms per 24 hours. Converting that rating into the pieces per hour your plan is built on needs two numbers only you hold: your finished piece weight, and the hours the line will actually be running once downtime is deducted. This worksheet does that arithmetic and matches the result to a published model rating.

Step 1 — Net Running Hours Per Day

Values are recomputed from the three published tunnel ratings. A blank or non-numeric entry, a zero piece weight or a negative value returns a dash rather than a guess.

What This Worksheet Does Not Do

It does not apply an efficiency percentage. Availability, performance and quality are defined differently by industry and asset category, so the deduction has to come from your own measured hours rather than a borrowed figure.
It does not size the rotary YT-02H, which is rated at 1,000 pcs/h rather than in kilograms per day.
It does not check whether your site has the gas flow, compressed air or floor space the model needs. Those figures are published per model on the line page.
It does not replace a quotation. Piece geometry, template count and downstream handling all move the answer.
