Power factor is a planning assumption you set, not a UD-02 specification. The breaker figure applies the common planning rule of 1.25 times the calculated running current and then rounds up to the next standard frame size; confirm the final selection against your local electrical code and your installer. Air margin covers pipe losses and simultaneous demand, and is also yours to set.
