Waffle Line Site Readiness Check
Two things stop a line before commercial terms are ever discussed: the bay is too short, or the supply voltage is outside the machine’s tolerance. This check runs both tests against the published footprints and the published supply specification, so you can rule models in or out before an enquiry goes anywhere.
Step 1 — The Bay You Can Give It
Measure clear internal space, not the outside of the building. Enter the space the machine itself has to occupy; cooling and packing space is checked separately in Step 3.
Step 2 — Your Electrical Supply
The factory standard is three-phase 380 V ±10%, four-wire, at 50 Hz. Enter your own measured site voltage to see whether it falls inside that band.

A blank, non-numeric or negative dimension returns a dash rather than a guess. The fit test compares your clear space against the published machine envelope only.

What This Check Does Not Do
- It compares the machine envelope only. It adds no working clearance for access, maintenance or the discharge conveyor, and those are site decisions rather than published figures.
- It does not size cooling and packing space. Baked pieces leave the line hot and need floor area to cool before packing, beyond the machine footprint.
- It tests voltage against the 380 V ±10% factory standard only. US low-voltage services are rated by ANSI C84.1 at 208Y/120, 240, 480Y/277, 480 and 600 V at 60 Hz, and a supply arrangement for those is settled in the quotation rather than by this check.
- It does not verify gas connection sizing. The required flow is 8 to 19 m³/h of natural gas or 4 to 14 kg/h of LPG by model, and whether your supply delivers it is a question for your gas contractor.
- It does not check compressed air, which is 0.6 m³/min on the tunnel lines and 0.2 m³/min at 0.6 MPa on the rotary machine.
