Two-Line or Three-Line Wafer Roll Machine Selector

The choice between the UD05-2 and the UD05-3 is decided by your daily output and the hours you are willing to run, not by the piece rate on its own. Enter both and the selector shows how many hours each configuration needs.

What this selector assumes

The rated output basis

The UD05-2 is rated at 220 pieces per minute, which is 75 kg per hour, and the UD05-3 at 330 pieces per minute, which is 112.5 kg per hour. Both come from a full rated shift of 600 kg and 900 kg over 8 hours on the specification sheet, revision May 2025.

Why hours decide it, not piece rate

The third line adds 50% more output for 24% more connected load and 33% more gas demand. That trade only pays if the extra rate removes hours you cannot staff or cannot fit into the working day. If the two-line machine already clears your daily figure inside the hours you have, the third line buys spare capacity rather than throughput you need.

What the figures exclude

These are rated hours. Warm-up, changeover, cleaning, downtime and rejects all come out of the available hours before the calculation applies, so enter the hours you actually run at rate rather than the length of the shift. A configuration that needs exactly the hours you have is a configuration with no margin.
