The Thirteen UDTECH Models on One Basis
Every figure in the first three columns is the published parameter-sheet value for that model, written on whichever basis the sheet uses. The fourth column is the same figure converted to kilograms per hour by this calculator, so the whole range can be read down one column. Where the sheet gives pieces per hour, the conversion uses the piece weight entered above, which is why that column changes when you change the weight.

A blank in the kilograms-per-hour column means the parameter sheet publishes that model in pieces per hour and no piece weight has been entered, so no honest conversion exists yet.
How to Read the Answer
A 24-hour figure is not a shift figure
A line published at 5,000 kg per 24 hours and a line published at 1,000 kg per hour differ by a factor of about five, and only one of those two numbers says so on its face. Converting both to kilograms per hour before comparing prices is the single change that stops most mis-purchases in this category.
What the conversion assumes
The 24-hour basis is divided by 24 because that is what the basis states. The shift-day basis is divided by the running hours you entered, because a shift day means whatever your plant means by it. Neither figure is discounted for changeover, cleaning or downtime: they are nameplate capacities, and your own line will run below them.
Pieces per hour depends entirely on your piece
A rotary machine rated at 780 pieces per hour produces 15.6 kg per hour at a 20 g piece and 39 kg per hour at a 50 g piece. The machine has not changed. If a supplier quotes pieces per hour and will not state the piece weight the rating was measured at, the number cannot be compared with anything.
